Purchasing Department Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Oversees purchasing of raw materials and suppliers procured by and organization. - Ensure budgets are kept under control, and that all necessary protocols and guidelines are followed. - Selects vendors and sets budgetary constraints for the purchasing department. - Negotiating pricing on behalf of the company and overseeing the negotiation of contracts. - Development and analysis of KPI monthly to determine where continuous improvement can be achieved. - Proactive approach Foster close working relationships with associated departments, sales, marketing, finance, and Production to ensure awareness of product flows.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Good command in English. (Chinese & Japanese ability would be beneficial) Able to work under pressure and independence. Able to manage time effectively, priorities tasks and achieve set targets.
