HSE Specialist (สัญญจ้าง 10 เดือน)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Update law and evaluate of law compliance and report to QSHE Manager. •Prepare all of the environmental documents that related sent to environment government. •Environment monitoring in company. •Provide all training as HSE training plan and record data. •Control of subcontractors that work at the company. •Follow up as HSE plan and work instruction such as Forklift, Crane, Lifting Equipment, Electrical Equipment, etc. •Control waste system such manifest, waste document, work instruction, internal scrap audit and waste supplier audit. •Support to safety committees meeting and safety patrol every month. •Contact and support data with Department of Labour Protection and Welfare (DLPW) and other environmental and industrial governments. •Join the meeting and follow up as QHSE Manager assigned. •Summarize and monthly report all of events and activities to superior. •Support to emergency response plan and practice. •Head of aspect assessment. •Support and follow up as ISO14001/ISO45001 plan and requirements. •Concrete experience in process safety management, process hazard analysis, safety review/HAZOP, firefighting, emergency response, critical equipment, process safety, root cause analysis and problem solving, etc. •Fire equipment inspections. •Analyzes accident and incident report for trends; make recommendations for correcting unsafe conditions and actions. •Other health, safety and environmental related projects as assigned by superior.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or certificates by Thai law to work as occupational safety officer. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work in an efficient and effective manner. - Certified to ISO14001/ISO45001 auditors is a plus. - English proficiency level: Good in written and spoken. - Follow simple and complex instructions. - Ability to manage multiple tasks. - Ability to work in different locations sometimes.
