หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Work together with hiring managers to figure out staffing needs and come up with recruitment strategies. - Carry out interviews, evaluate candidates, and make the hiring process happen. - Take care of employee onboarding and orientation programs. - Offer guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures. - Deal with employee relations matters and investigate as necessary. - Help in creating and putting into action performance management procedures. - Organize training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge. - Make sure to follow employment laws and regulations. - Keep accurate HR records and prepare reports when needed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Demonstrated experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
