• - Extensive knowledge and understanding of ISO standards, particularly IATF 16949:2016, the globally recognized quality management system standard for the automotive industry. - Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining quality management systems in an automotive manufacturing environment. - In-depth familiarity with automotive industry-specific requirements and regulations, including customer-specific requirements and core tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC. - Proficiency in conducting internal audits and managing third-party audits, ensuring adherence to quality management system requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• -Lead the development and implementation of robust processes and procedures to ensure full compliance with ISO standards, specifically IATF 16949:2016, in all aspects of our automotive manufacturing operations. -Conduct thorough internal audits to assess compliance with quality management system requirements, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and drive a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization. -Provide comprehensive training and guidance to employees on quality management system requirements and automotive industry-specific standards, fostering a high level of understanding and adherence. Prepare for and support third-party audits, ensuring successful outcomes and maintaining our certification status as per ISO standards. -Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in automotive quality management systems, and leverage this knowledge to continuously enhance our processes and practices.
