Facility Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Electrical system control and power distribution system and the factory building structure Including factory control. •Estimate costs to support the installation of the facility system. •Provide technical advice to co-workers regarding Facility work. •Analyze problems in facility work to improve facility maintenance and energy saving operations. •Checking Utility load management and efficiency of energy use. •Performed routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions. •Diagnosed mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary. •Maintained or repaired specialized equipment or machinery located in offices, or factories. •Assembled, installed, or repaired wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. •Support and prepare reports on facility engineering and energy management systems on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in major Electrical engineering/ ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า At least 4 years of experience as a facilities engineer or in a similar role. Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, PLC Programing Knowledge of the building process and construction principles. Knowledge of relevant regulations of IEAT. Good verbal and written communication skills. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Project management, control Sub-contractor skills. Knowledge of AHU system.
