Sr.QC Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1.Incoming Inspection, Process control, shipping audit and Maintain Quality system in the place. 2.Ensure product and customer requirements by applying Quality knowledge thru manufacturing process 3.Authorization for releasing and blocking non-conform parts both incoming & outgoing and To stop production in case serious quality problems. 4.Implement Statistical Process Control at key process characteristic. 5.Lead PFMEA Go&See Audit & Quality Audit. Lead problem solving process to find root cause and take action. 6.Establish report (8D), Complaint Report and communicate /negotiate with customers in Quality/defect matters. Support an internal audits, customer audit and third party audit. 7.Manage and monitor effectiveness of measuring calibration system. 8.Monitoring and Controlling Quality cost. Drive continuous improvements, build Activity related to Quality. 9.Provide coaching and support all associate at shop floor to ensure Zero defect

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 2 years experiences in Quality department-Automotive industrial Able to communicate with International contacts Bachelor degree in Engineering; Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial field Manufacturing process Knowledges, Quality Tools, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, DWA, 8D Lean/KAIZEN/QCC is an advantage. Understand ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and ISO14001/ISO45001, Good Computer skill, Able to read manufacturing/Product Drawing
