Responsible

• Oversee the overall quality, standards, and safety of all camps and short-term programs
• Design and manage programs that are distinctive, well-structured, and meet international standards
• Recruit, train, and manage teachers and support staff
• Build a positive working culture and continuously develop team capabilities
• Establish operational systems, reporting, and performance tracking
• Manage relationships with parents, students, schools, and partner organizations
• Plan marketing strategies, expand networks, and develop new programs based on market demand
• Control budgets, costs, and overall financial performance of the camps and programs

More qualification

• At least 3 years of experience in project management or team management
• Good command of Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above)
• English communication skills will be a strong advantage
• Experience in student camps, educational programs, or youth programs is a strong plus
