หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities - Regulatory management - Liaising with NBTC, Ministry of Digital Economy and society (MDS), government authorities, related organization, local authorities or/and others - Liaising and developing the relationship with other Operator, related private/public sector and /or related Regulators.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience - Bachelor degree or higher in relevant field . Education background in Economic, Law ,Engineer, Finance will be advantaged. - Minimum 5 years’ regulatory experience in Telecommunication Business - Strong working experience with a variety of regulatory authorities is required, with real first-hand experience of managing registrations with different regulatory authorities - Experience in leading and managing complex/virtual networks suppliers and partners to deliver and maintain regulatory approvals is essential - Proven track record in influencing and shaping optimal regulatory outcomes - Experience with regulatory authorities - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and matrix structure is critical - Experience building and leading teams in a start-up environment - Professional experience as part of a regulatory agency would be useful
