Service Quality Management (Telecommunication Engineer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibility • Control quality of service (SLA) • Analyze incident issues, investigate a root cause and provide solutions for improving service to meet customer agreement. • Collect and compile statistical quality data • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities • Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly evaluated performance reports to customers. • Responsible for initiating and completing a Corrective Action Request (CAR) for both customer complaints and recurring internal quality concerns. • Provide customer perspective (Voice of customers) to internal team with the view to driving customer satisfaction metrics higher. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer, Engineering or related fields • Good command of English • 0-3 years in computer network/ Internet experience • Can work under presser and service mind • Strong communicator and negotiator. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Able to multi-task in time-sensitive situations. • Certifying in CCNA / CCNP is preferred • Experience in Network, Transmission, Data-com • Welcome Fresh Graduate • TOEIC score 550 up would be a plus
