Initiate and execute the brand strategy, including market research, product development, marketing campaigns, and budget
Drive innovative products and new initiatives from ideation, conceptualization, and prototyping to implementation and launch.
Analyze customer needs and market trends in order to formulate appropriate product strategies for each period.
Analyze product costs to determine competitive price strategies and promotions.
Manage and analyze brand information, insight implies actionable action
Develop a long-term brand plan, brand strategy, and communication plan with the brand team Manager
Co-develop with the NPD team to find high-potential products to brand and ensure launch target, execution process, and timing
Manage the product roadmap, analyze customer journeys, oversee user research, define requirements, set timelines, and lead a cross-functional team through the product lifecycle.
Training product knowledge to the sale team, PC, and customers.
Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Supporting the senior manager to operate the PC team
Monitoring competitors’ activities regularly and doing reports.
Coordinate with the manufacture.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good presentation/communication skills.
Computer literacy and statistical analysis
Minimum one year of experience in product Development is preferred.
Ability to meet deadlines, self-management skills, and the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy
Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality
