หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• 360-Degree Recruitment: Manage the full cycle from job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, to onboarding.
• iverse Hiring Portfolio: Effectively recruit for a wide range of roles including: Digital & Tech: Ads Optimizer, Content Creator, Graphic/Video Editor, Live Streamers, Business Analyst, IT. Operations & Sales: Packers, Admin, Sales BA, E-commerce operations. Back Office: HR, Accounting, Legal, General Affairs.
• Strategic Sourcing: Proactively "hunt" top talent (especially M-Level and Specialist roles) using various platforms including LinkedIn, Job Boards, and Social Media (TikTok/Facebook Groups) to build a robust pipeline.
• Agility & Flexibility: Collaborate closely with the CEO and Hiring Managers. Be available to coordinate or conduct urgent interviews outside standard working hours if necessary to secure top candidates.
• Data & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics (Time-to-hire, Cost-per-hire), analyze hiring trends, and report progress to the CEO regularly.
• Employer Branding: Enhance our brand visibility to attract candidates in the competitive Beauty and Wellness sector.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, or Beauty industries. (Experience in closing M-Level positions is a strong plus).
• Agility & Flexibility: Willing to communicate or coordinate work outside standard office hours/weekends when urgent business needs arise.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with social media recruitment and modern sourcing tools.
• Communication: Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively with all levels—from Warehouse Staff to Executives.
• Attributes: High energy, result-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
