Assistant HR Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee and responsible for all HR functions
• Prepare payroll & allowance.
• Check and update a Time attendance.
• Submit the government document, related agency or related work.
• Planning, design and manage training course.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Prepare HR reports.
• Employee data management.
• Provide advice on HR related matters (Labor Laws, Compensation, etc.)
• Coordinate and visit related agency outside for related work.
• Coordinate and be the good middle person for employees.
• Organize employee relation activities.
• Developing of company working culture
• Company rules and regulation restrictiveness.
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
• Develop compensation and benefits plan.
• Improving evaluation system, salary structure, and implement efficient measures.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Human resource, Psychology or any related field.
• Experienced over 3 years in HR
• Knowledge of Thai Labor Law.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Can work under pressure and have problem-solving skill
