• Help developers setting up and deploying testing environments • Manage and monitor changes process for production deployment • Support and coordinate production incidents • Coordinate with development team and Infrastructure team to manage server/network e.g. server provision process, firewall process

Qualifications (Java): • Have Software Development Skill • In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, Databases and Applications • Have experience in network management and Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities • Information Technology, Computer Science or similar relevant field • Any relevant additional certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) will be an advantage Qualifications (SQL): • Minimum 2 Years experience in Application Support • Have basic SQL skill • Havce basic IT skill (Windows, MS-Office) • Have Software development skill; Java, .Net • Experience in basic Windows, Unix OS, Oracle SQL, • Experience in Websphere App Server will be advantage • Have analysis skill
