Assistant to Sales Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Sales Operations Support.
• Meeting & Event Coordination.
• General Support & Office Management.
• Timeliness and accuracy of administrative tasks.
• Smooth coordination of sales meetings and reporting cycles.
• Quality and professionalism of communications and materials.
• Feedback from Head of Sales and Sales Department.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Senior Sales Coordinator, Senior Sales Support, or Customer Service Experience in Cannabis, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, or Retail industry is highly preferred .
• Good command of English (spoken read and written) Qualified candidates will be given special consideration.**
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
• Experience supporting senior leadership or sales leadership is highly advantageous.
• Applicants who can start immediately will receive special consideration.
• Experience in the cannabis industry will be given preferential consideration.
