หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
Managing and overseeing the reporting process through the POS System.
Managing and overseeing the accounting functions within the restaurant.
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to generate accurate financial reports and statements.
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Improving systems and procedures while proactively initiating corrective actions.
Assigning projects and providing guidance to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Meeting financial accounting objectives.
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and preparing financial reports, including P&L, or statements.
Collating, preparing, and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements.
Exercising control over income, cash flow, and expenditure, while effectively managing budgets.
Developing and managing financial systems and models.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting Management, preferably within the Restaurant Business is a plus.
Proficient in financial and accounting practices, financial analysis, forecasting, cost control, cash management, reporting, and other related experiences.
Strong technical knowledge in Finance & Accounting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, can-do attitude, and flexible, report and analytical skills.
Demonstrates a proactive and detail-oriented approach with exceptional multitasking abilities.
Possesses outstanding time management skill with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.
Fluent in English or Japanese for effective communication.
Holding a CPD or CPA license is advantageous, showcasing advanced expertise in accounting.
