หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Managing and overseeing the reporting process through the POS System.
• Managing and overseeing the accounting functions within the restaurant.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to generate accurate financial reports and statements.
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Improving systems and procedures while proactively initiating corrective actions.
• Assigning projects and providing guidance to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Meeting financial accounting objectives.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and preparing financial reports, including P&L, or statements.
• Collating, preparing, and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements.
• Exercising control over income, cash flow, and expenditure, while effectively managing budgets.
• Developing and managing financial systems and models.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting Management, preferably within the Restaurant Business is a plus.
• Proficient in financial and accounting practices, financial analysis, forecasting, cost control, cash management, reporting, and other related experiences.
• Strong technical knowledge in Finance & Accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, can-do attitude, and flexible, report and analytical skills.
• Demonstrates a proactive and detail-oriented approach with exceptional multitasking abilities.
• Possesses outstanding time management skill with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English or Japanese for effective communication.
• Holding a CPD or CPA license is advantageous, showcasing advanced expertise in accounting.
