Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer - Real Estate Developer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and financial forecasts for various construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements to identify cost-effective solutions and optimize resources.
• Perform risk analysis and manage contingencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents, contracts, and bids, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and control project costs, providing regular updates and reports to management.
• Evaluate and negotiate contract variations, claims, and change orders.
• Implement cost-saving measures and value engineering techniques to maximize project profitability.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized QS software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thai nationality and English Speaking
