Transportation Manager(BKK)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Controls functional working of transportation team efficiently.
• Reviews truck planning and ensure optimized planning.
• Prepares daily truck floor utilization and transport costing VS charging.
• Leads to trial transportation (Transit test) for new customer.
• Re-checks the cargo claim charge and create corrective and preventive action.
• Ensures accurate billing of both Cost and Charging and summarize to related team.
• Creates solution, corrective and preventive action for customer complaint.
• Supervises service level of all own fleet and subcontractor fleet to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Control fuel consumption target of own fleet efficiently.
• Prepares the significant KPI report.
• Arranges the monthly meeting with subcontractor company regarding Performance review.
• Evaluates yearly KPI performance for each transport company.
• Control and conduct individual attendance and absence.
• Provide and select new truck fleet to support related customer properly.
• Cooperate to prepare transportation cost rate with Analyst and commercial team.
• Cooperate implementation of new business, customer with related team.
• Other requirements as assigned by Managing director.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male Age 30 years old onward.
• Bachelor’s degree onward in Logistics or related field.
• 7-10 years’ work experience as a Logistics/AssistantTransport Manager in a busy fleet company.
• Having experience of creation transportation service rate would be receiving special consideration.
• Alert and keen on details.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Good report writing skills with ability to provide timely and accurate reports.
• Good record keeping skills and computer skills.
• Ability to supervise a team.
• Flexibility as the job may entail long working hours.
