Other work : Saturday time 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Open every other Saturday) or some agencies depend on the customer's holiday.

Responsible

• Matching and Confrim SOA(AP&AR)
• Complete month-end closing AP- Account within the timeline given.
• Correct, accurate and timely invoice verification for all invoices & payment.
• Prepare Application for payment ,Settlement Paymennt & Receipt -Oversea
• Reconcile Bank Statement, ADJ. Foreign trade AR/AP Bank According to BOT exchange rate
• Track outstanding balances for all suppliers. Efficiently support payment documentation with the correct approval level in the invoice review process.
• Zero complaints from customers - internal & external. Initiative & recommendation for improvement on Payment Processes.
