To direct and supervise the day to day activities of the technicians and ensure quality workmanship.
To assist, train, counsel and manage repair workshop.
To properly maintain technical facilities, tools and equipment.
Supervise apprentice training program.
Spot-check vehicles, especially those on which manufacturer-suggested maintenance has been performed.
Control and contribute technicians actual times spent on the job to align the target of operation time.
Maintain and update a technical service bulletin and literature.
Control and monitor special tools and equipment inventory , maintenance plan and initiate ordering.
Maintain housekeeping standards in the repair workshop, technicians facilities and service car park.
Conduct department technical training.
Maintain continuous quality control on all repairs performed.
Allocated and delegated a service repair tasks to technicians in accordance with competency.
Analyze severe issue and figure out best solution in order to prevent reoccurrence.
Daily, weekly and monthly summary report to service manager.
To perform maintenance record, traceability and preventive maintenance plan.
Monitor service KPI to achievement in term of financial, customer, internal process and people development.

Male Age 23 years old onward.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering automotive, Mechanical or related field or other related
Newly graduated or 1-3 years’ work experience as a Service maintenance, overhaul will be given special consideration
Service maintenance, overhaul experience in internal combustion engine (Diesel) will be advantage.
Having knowledge or experience of Internal Combustion Engine ( ICE) , Automotive would be receiving special consideration.
