Customer Service (Sea/Air)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate with Customer when receive plan and arrive notice Air/Sea
• Manage the logistics timeline for each channel and prepare licenses or related documents.
• Manage and follow up good delivering process to ensure the cargo arrival with Agents and consignee.
• Send pre-notice and Pre-alert to Customer.
• Coordinate with partners, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and stakeholders.
• Ensure good Service to Customers and handle day to day operation efficiently.
• Daily problem-solving and coordination with shippers and consignees
• Booking to agent for shipment carrier/Airline
• Handle and follow up all import shipment process.
• Cargo tracking/ monitor and update status or any discrepancy to Customer in Thailand and Oversea.
• Report Operation / Weekly Report
• Maintain customer relationships by responding to inquiries documenting actions.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Work closely with other departments sales, overseas to support the booking process
• Experienced in freight forwarder or related field is a plus
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Has the characteristics and ability to express pressure well
• Have a personality and have good human relations. Keep calm and work together as a team.
