Junior Procurement Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Act as a single point of contact for both contractors and users to facilitate the procurement process and ensure its compliance.
• Review and analyze users’ requirements in order to provide the best-fit sourcing strategy and propose qualified vendors to match with users’ requirements.
• Review and support users for additional documents required throughout the procurement process.
• Perform tender/negotiation process until awarding the contract.
• Follow up acknowledgment of the contracts and expedite materials.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 1 year of experience in procurement and contracts or related fields.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office application, especially Excel, and related business software applications.
• PR & PO experience in SAP is a strong advantage.
• Good command in English, both writing and speaking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
