หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Responsible for local customer technical communication, identifying opportunities,facilitating the transformation of opportunities into projects, understanding and managing customer requirements, developing solutions, and guiding their implementation. 4.Responsible for technical communication and exchange with IT vendors, proposing, writing, continuously adjusting, optimizing, and improving excellent solutions to ensure the smooth implementation of projects. 3. Conduct solution presentations, communication, clarification, and address customer inquiries, collect and follow up on customer requirements, assess project risks, and prepare technical proposals, among other tasks as required by the business and projects. 4. Participate in periodic training and solution learning programs offered by vendors such as Cisco, H3C, Huawei, and others, focusing on networking, security, and wireless products. 5. Responsible for technical work in the later stages of projects, including device deployment for business operations and technical debugging. 6.Technical focus areas include enterprise networks, carrier networks, data center networks and CDN, and SD-WAN technology.
