หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Production of different and international pastries
• Leading, training and developing Pastry cook assistants (2 to 5 persons)
• Attending and decoration of the buffets during the service
• Participation at the creation of the menus
• Preparation of the orders and administration of the stock
• Ensuring the respect of Club Med?s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures
• Development of your staff by organizing training and formation
• To participate in the events, sharing moments and Club Med Village life.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Culinary arts or similar certification compulsory
• At least 10 years working experience and management experience mandatory (จดหมายรับรองการทำงานที่ผ่านมาตลอด 10ปี)
• Fluent in English is necessary
• Must be able to travel/relocate aboard
• Skills for both hot and cold buffets (catering)
