หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Develop and execute recruitment strategies. • Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Employee Relations • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts. • Foster a positive work environment and promote a strong organizational culture.
• Performance Management • Design and manage performance appraisal systems. • Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers. • Identify and support high-potential talent and succession planning.
• Compensation & Benefits • Manage payroll processes and employee benefits programs. • Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in compensation. • Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations.
• HR Strategy & Planning • Align HR strategies with organizational goals. • Support change management initiatives. • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior leadership.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in international companies with a track record of achievements.
• Strong in inter-personal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English, Thai and computer literate.
• Results driven and strong in people management and development.
• Able to stay in resort and participate village life as G.O
