หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assists in communicating company policies and procedures. Promote understanding within the organization and across the school operations.
• Recruit for open positions as directed by Thai or western administration.
• Serve as employee liaison to assist in problem resolution with issues related to benefits, deductions and pay.
• Assist all foreign staff in obtaining a work visa, work permit and Thai teaching license.
• Perform 90-day check-in duties for foreign staff.
• Ensure criminal record checks are on file for each school employee who works with students in any capacity.
• Serve clients and employees, including teachers and school administrators, by handling day to day questions and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Manage task delegation for any employees assigned to assist HR.
• Keep track of fingerprint scans, arrival and departure time of staff.
• Process leave of absence requests in coordination with the Principal, Director and/or Deputy Director.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director, Deputy Director, and/or Principal
