The Retail Manager actively promotes the sales of Apple solutions across multiple store locations. Through their strong sales, service and product knowledge, the Retail Manager actively represents the culture of excellence and collaboration of the wider Branch Manager and Apple Expert community. The Retail Manager excels in working with virtual teams in all their store locations to develop them as Apple Champions and deliver all the key metrics for success at their store.

1. Retail sales experience (3 years). 2. Proven track record in the delivery of aggressive growth targets. 3. Sales and/or customer service management experience. 4. Retail partnership management. 5. A successful background in leading and managing teams (advantageous if obtained within a dynamic environment and/or across multiple store locations). 6. Aggressive focus on goals and continuous improvement. 7. Advanced communication skills. 8. Direct experience with merchandising plans. 9. Familiarity with the PC platform. 10. Hardware and service sales background in a retail environment, ▪ Involvement in carrying out in-store merchandising plans,▪ Apple product and channel experience,▪ Understanding of operations and logistics.
