• HR policies, procedures, and systems across multiple countries
• Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions
• Talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best and the brightest
• Design and implement training and development programs that help our employees unleash their full potentia
• Performance management and employee relations, promoting a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with Thailand local labor laws and regulations

• A minimum of 4+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multi-country or multi-cultural setting
• A deep understanding of HR best practices, with a desire to break the mold and create something truly innovative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels
