หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Working with the Clinical Director to coordinate animal and vet care needs, including ordering medicines and medical equipment and arranging lab tests as needed
• Reviewing medical records to ensure they are legible and complete
• Coordinating, keeping stock of clinical supplies and place orders when necessary
• Searching and communicating with all the suppliers

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Self-motivated, organised, reliable, and personable
• An effective communicator
• Adept with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office
• English Speaker - bilingual
• Graduate veterinary medicine is a plus
• Not afraid of hard work, high pressure environment
• Able to handle multiple projects at a time and effectively manage priorities
