หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Contact the cruise line Contact and coordinate with Agent
• - Contact and coordinate Forwarder and Shipping trucks.
• - Prepare documents and check documents such as B/L, Delivery Order, Packing List, Manifest, etc.
• - Contact and coordinate within and outside the organization.
• - Coordinate with shipping in preparing export-import documents.
• - Prepare and inspect import-export documents such as B/L.
• - Coordinate and contact government agencies in related departments.
• - Receive matters and coordinate the company's imports and exports.
• - Prepare related documents As well as coordinating with Shipping and Forwarder.
• - Other work as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher At least 3 years of experience coordinating import-export. Be diligent, honest, patient, have good human relations, be thorough, disciplined, and punctual. Able to communicate in English very well.
