หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience
• Campaign Planning: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, social media, email marketing, and more.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different campaigns and monitoring ROI
• Team Management: Lead and mentor marketing teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and marketing specialists.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
• Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Content Strategy: Develop and manage content marketing strategies to engage and educate the target audience.
• Public Relations: Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and crisis communication.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Explore partnerships and collaborations to expand the company’s reach and customer base.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree may be preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
