หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 3 years of marketing experience in landed residential projects
• Expertise in target customer analysis
• Strong knowledge of both offline and online advertising media
• Possess a valid driving license and a personal car for work purposes
• Strong analytical skills and an enthusiasm for learning new things
• Proactive, creative, and able to execute marketing plans
• Able to work well under pressure
• Available for occasional site visits and field assignments
• Proficient in MS Office
