หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Inspect and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations.
• Analyze work processes to identify potential hazards and develop preventive measures and safe work procedures.
• Conduct occupational safety risk assessments in the workplace.
• Review work plans and projects, provide recommendations to relevant departments, and advise management on safety measures.
• Inspect and evaluate workplace operations to ensure compliance with safety plans, projects, and established safety standards.
• Advise employees on compliance with safety regulations, procedures, and workplace safety practices.
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs to promote safe working behaviors and prevent workplace accidents.
• Examine and evaluate workplace conditions, or coordinate with certified external organizations as required, and review inspection reports and related documentation.
• Recommend and support the implementation of continuous improvements in occupational safety management systems.
• Investigate workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, and incidents; prepare investigation reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collect, analyze, and report occupational safety statistics, including accidents, illnesses, and other work-related incidents, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Perform other occupational health and safety duties as assigned by the employer.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational health and safety or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction safety management is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
