QA Automation Lead (Automation test team)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage team as the representative of automation projects
• Make effective decisions and problem solving based on project situational and context
• Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of team members
• Collaborate with other team to drive project progression
• Develop implementation plans, estimate and track project status
• Lead the team by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to explain decisions effectively.
• Strong problem solving and logical thinking skill to solve the on-spot problem effectively with good reason
• Effective communication skill and able to communicate in short sharp clear manner
• Ambitious and willing to learn and improve oneself to be A player
• Strong experience in automation testing and related framework e.g. Robot framework, Cypress, Playwright, etc
• Understand SDLC and best practice in doing Software Quality assurance
• Good English skill and able to communicate with foreign customer is required
