Lead and manage team as the representative of automation projects
Make effective decisions and problem solving based on project situational and context
Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of team members
Collaborate with other team to drive project progression
Develop implementation plans, estimate and track project status
Lead the team by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Strong experience in automation testing and related framework e.g. Robot framework, Cypress, Playwright, etc
Understand SDLC and best practice in doing Software Quality assurance
