Use an automatic lathe (Auto lathe) to prepare for production and set up the production process to produce automotive parts
Responsible for managing, training subordinates, and coordinating in the organization.
Work with Japanese people to set up the process. (A version of work like the present) Measures to solve quality problems. and improving costs and overseeing all
Be a leader in improving and preparing production to achieve the business's goals according to QCD principles and making continuous improvements.
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
Monitor compliance to applicable practices, performance standards and specifications
Interpreting customer' conditions, needs and requirements.
Perform overall control of the work (schedule, plans, performance of each section) and report regularly on project status
Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to aid and technical support
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Able to prepare PPAP documents according to IATF 16949 requirements
Understanding and support in the Customer's Cost reduction activity.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field
5 years’ experience related in CNC / Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing.
Project management and supervision skills
Advanced MS Office skills
Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD. (Will use CAD to make 2D drawings to process automatic lathes / Experience in setting up processes considering 2nd Process processing / Design Jig Drawing)
Experience in production technology related to the machining of automotive parts, Including process design from material to delivery.
Understand machining programs for automatic lathes, to analyze the program and consider improvement plans.
Understand the visual inspection, washing, and packing all process to improvement.
Have a basic understanding of cost accounting management.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
Knowledge and understanding the requirements of IATF 16949 for Automotive parts.
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Decision making ability and leadership skills
People with determination Ready to develop oneself and work through self-learning every day.
Have a good command of English in both written and spoken.
