Create Quotation and any information about automotive part to customer requested.
Prepare offer proposal such as Quotation with specification and required documents to customer by coordinating with Engineer team, and Sales team.
Collaborate with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Prepare engineering data operations by customer requirement. (Feasibility evaluation, Capacity confirmation, Run@Rate, etc.)
To be coordinator between company and customer follow Sales plan.
Making Sales plan and Forecast including provide the related information to supervisor by weekly.
Coordinate New Model Team for prepare sample part to customer.
Handle the Production preparation for New Model schedule and complete the tasks as assigned by supervisor effectively.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with New Model team and other model participants to aid and customer's information support.
Understanding and support in the Customer's Cost reduction activity. (Win-Win, VA/VE acivity, etc.)
Maintains relations with the customer by providing support with orders, deliveries, communication and meeting.
Provide the good service and coordination to improve customers satisfaction including provide the problem solving to customer.
.Handle sales operations and activities of assigned customer and summarize the customer requirement in order to discuss with other section.
Other duties assigned by Supervisor.
