หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Check the completeness and correctness of documents related to receiving and disbursing money.
• Prepare payment reports for each payment period.
• Including preparing to enter payment information in the Internet banking system and chequeens.
• Gather payment documents and check accuracy to be sent to the sr. staff for inspection and sent for the manager to approve.
• Prepare a withholding certificate form.
• Store various documents into categories according to the department.
• Other work as assigned, etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience :0-3 years experience in Accounting
• Skill : Vat, Withholding tax
• Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
