Quality Assurance Engineer / Precision Parts(Automotive)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Assure the reliability of product by check final inspection data
• Summary and follow up quality problem
• Summary F-cost
• Preparing PPAP documentation of new model and process change request (Internal and external)
• Respond to problems from customer complaints by coordinate with related section for getting root cause corrective action and prepare 8D report
• Support internal and external audit of IATF16949
• Review standard to comply with actual working
• Training operator as plan
• Summary KPI
• Other as supervisors assignment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education Level: Bachelor Degree in Industrial engineering
• Experience: 3 years up experience in Automotive Industry in QC QA
• Knowledgeable in Quality tools (7 QC Tools, 5 whys, CPK, Gr&r, 8D report etc.)
• Knowledgeable ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, etc.
• Able to Microsoft Office. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, writing)
