Quality control Engineer / Precision Parts (Automotive)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and optimize product quality by working with all departments and assist with the implementation of standard processes.
• Develop and implement inspection standards for incoming, in process, and final inspection
• Summary final inspection data support customer.
• Control the quality of parts according to company target and customer requirement.
• Prepare the action plan for continuous improvement of quality of Products
• Take the principles of 8D methodology as well as the statistical analyzes to determine the root cause and corrective & preventive action addressed.
• Analyze and solve problems associated with in-process on the production line. (Machining, Auto-Lathe)
• Follow up and take corrective and preventive action while problem occurred and control the change as requirement.
• Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Using micrometers to measure products such as surface roughness, contour measurement, and CMM.
• Other as supervisors assignment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical engineering
• Experience : 3 years up in Quality assurance, Quality Control
• Knowledge Quality Control
• Strong understanding Measurement tooling, equipment controlling
• Knowledgeable ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, etc.
• Knowledgeable in Quality tools (7 QC Tools, 5 whys, CPK, Gr&r, 8D report etc.)
• Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, writing)
