หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage the company's real estate leasing business in Bangkok, including but not limited to drafting and managing lease contracts, collecting rent, maintaining, and repairing properties.
• Promote rental properties and provide excellent customer service to ensure high occupancy rates and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research on the Thai real estate market, collect and analyze market data, write research reports, and provide market trends and investment recommendations.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, partners, and relevant departments.
• Assist the company in formulating and implementing leasing strategies and market development plans.
• Resolve various issues and emergencies encountered in the leasing process in a timely manner to ensure smooth business operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 2 years of work experience in real estate leasing management or market research.
• Fluent in English and Thai, able to communicate professionally and write bilingual reports, fluent in Chinese preferred.
• Knowledge of the Thai real estate market and related laws and regulations, with strong market analysis and research capabilities.
