Digital & AI Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI tools/platforms for business and IT use cases.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to identify AI opportunities and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, data privacy, and security policies.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on AI adoption and usage.
• Any other duties or project as assigned by the Management Team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Automation, or Data Analysis.
• Strong skills of Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Vertex AI).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and model deployment.
• Experience with automation and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with Cloud AI Services (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
