Assistant AI Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support the AI & IT Manager in planning, developing, and implementing both IT infrastructure and AI strategies.
• Understand and analyse business needs and able to propose appropriate AI / Digital solutions, actively take part in innovative projects with new technology.
• Engage in all stages of the system development life cycle, including requirements analysis, system development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support for AI-related projects.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, private cloud, and mobile device management.
• Provide support and administration of MRP/ERP systems and other business-critical applications.
• Coordinate projects between AI specialists, AI engineers, and IT support staff to ensure smooth system integration.
• Oversee daily IT operations including network, servers, security, and end-user support.
• Monitor AI/IT projects, track progress, and report to management.
• Assist in IT budgeting, vendor management, and procurement of hardware/software.
• Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance with policies (e.g., ISO27001, GDPR).
• Any other duties or project as assigned by the Management Team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI/Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or AI/data-related roles
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (network, servers, cloud, cybersecurity) and AI/ML concepts.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Vertex AI).
• Experience with MRP/ERP, CRM/POS, SQL Server, Power BI, etc.
• Basic project management experience.
• Experience with Cloud AI Services (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI).
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
