Finance&Accounting Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - To manage, supervise and organize the finance & accounting department - Manage all aspects of Finance and Accounting from management to operations by developing Finance and Accounting policies to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), legal regulations, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) - Monitoring financial control, business performance against budget, in a particularly detailed analysis of the cost of goods sold and gross margin and other operating expenses, customer growth profitability - Control Cash management to be in liquidity status and utilize the money from the planning of SWOP and exercise money to gain more income - Develop business plans and manage the forecast, budget, cash flow, and profit analysis to deliver plans and drive business growth, and process efficiency - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements along with commentary, group reporting, and company budgeting and forecast within the agreed time frame - Preparing management reports in line with internal company standards (by profit center/cost center/channels/customers) – analytical and forecast to provide management in decision making in order to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided and meet the organization’s information requirements to promote effective decision making - Establish performance reporting and management information to support the respective business leaders on delivering the Annual Operating Plan and longer terms, know how to financially drive a sustainable business growth - Provide a feasibility study to measure the return on capital investment - Provide in-sight analysis of financial performance to management & sales teams to improve financial performance and manage our investment - Monitor and Control Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures to support the financial ratio - Make and analyzed data of “Cost Control”: GP, Cost Down, and other information for comparison - Establish, maintain and monitor internal controls, company policies, and procedures that appropriately safeguard assets and adequately manage business risk - Liaison with Banks for negotiation and the Tax officers for declaration of any case, including discussing with the External Auditors for accounting matters - Support team to deliver effective performance reporting, management information, and any financial ad-hoc reporting needed - Ensure that balance forward, reconcile, and details support to all accounts which need to carry forward to new ERP are correct figure - Taking leadership in developing effective local corporate policies, work flow & work instructions, approval processes, and recommending / modification/improvement processes & procedures to existing corporate policies & procedures related to finance & accounting areas - Develop process improvement to ensure effective internal control for all finance & accounting processes - Lead in developing and implementing ERP, SAP Business One - Follow up and evaluate the performance of subordinates/Improve and develop the work system to be more efficient and effective/advising and solving accounting and tax questions with subordinates and other departments - Perform other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Age 36 - 45 years old with at least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and holding a CPD license - At least 3 Yrs. solid experience in budget, forecast, financial analysis, and finance package - At least 3 Yrs. experience in the general ledger, month-end, and year-end account closing - At least 3 Yrs. working experience as a finance & accounting manager in MNC with TFRS and IFRS knowledge - Familiar with accounting software such as NetSuite, ACCPAC, SAP Business One or Navision - Good command of English in both spoken and written is a must - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is a must - Teamwork, result-oriented, customer focus, innovative, Honesty & Integrity - Dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet tight deadline schedule - Can work in a pressure environment - Good analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and a good attitude
