• The CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team and plays a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the company. The CFO oversees all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and investor relations

• • Bachelor of Accounting / Finance or related filed. • Having more than 10 years of work experience in Accounting / Finance position. • Age around 35-45 years old. • Formerly worked in a conglomerate company, with experience in conducting Initial Public Offerings (IPO). • Proficient in accounting, accounting principles, and managing major financial statement closings. • Supervise and review the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements. • Prepare company budgets. • Experience in the IT industry would be considered a plus.
