HR Officer : Recruitment & Development

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Recruitment: 1. To work closely with HR Manager in identifying, contacting and selecting qualified candidates. 2. To do pre-screening with candidate and arrange interview appointment with the selection committee. 3. To monitor and update manpower report. 4. To prepare recruitment and selection monthly report. 5. To co-ordinate with recruitment website or agency, education institute for posting recruitment advertising. 6. To manage application stock to assure that company could recruit new competence staff within the timeline. 7. To conduct performance appraisal of new staff during the probation period. Development: 1. To identify the training needed and related development programs. 2. To prepare the annual report of all training courses to Development Labor Skill Department. 3. To prepare monthly training reports. 4. To do orientation for new staff. 5. To monitors all training courses and insures accurate training records 6. To prepares the annual training plan and budget.
