หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Maintain monthly databases of sales volume, new bookings, outstanding bookings, and inventory levels by dealer, categorized by vehicle model. Prepare executive summary reports based on the data collected in Item 1. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Collect market data related to products, such as competitor vehicle launches, and analyze overall market conditions. Prepare monthly vehicle registration reports and conduct market analysis based on registration volumes by brand and type of vehicle powertrain. Prepare monthly reports on incentive payments and various campaign payouts to dealers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience in data support, data analysis, or management reporting Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas Ability to prepare analytical reports that are accurate, complete, easy to understand, and delivered on time Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to handle large volumes of numerical data requiring a high level of accuracy Knowledge of sales operations, service centers, and dealer networks in the automotive industry will be an advantage
