Finance Officer (โชว์รูมบางนา กม.11 โฮมโปรบางพลี)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Process cash receipts and disbursements, verify financial documents, and accurately record all financial transactions.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow, and track the organization’s financial status.
• Review and verify the accuracy of disbursement documents, including petty cash and other expenses.
• Coordinate with the accounting department in preparing financial reports and related documentation.
• Liaise with banks, external organizations, and relevant government authorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of cash flow management, receipts and payments, and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of tax regulations or experience liaising with government authorities will be an advantage.
