• The Sales and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our second-hand fashion commerce, both online and in our physical store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have a keen eye for trends in second-hand apparel, and be committed to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: - Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and online. - Provide product information, styling advice, and size guidance to enhance the shopping experience. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions promptly.
• Sales Enhancement: - Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products. - Stay informed about current fashion trends and the inventory of second-hand items. - Assist in setting up attractive displays and merchandising to entice customers. - Online Channel Management: - Manage the online store by updating product listings, descriptions, and images. - Process online orders, oversee packaging, and coordinate shipping. Respond to online customer queries and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Customer Feedback and Loyalty: - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service and product offerings. - Encourage repeat business by developing strong customer relationships and implementing loyalty programs. Inventory Management: - Assist in inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and assisting with inventory counts. Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish popular items and phase out unsold stock.
• Team Collaboration: - Work closely with other team members to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
