Responsible

• Manage Livestream Operations team in delivering high quality deliverables through effective management of day-to-day operations
• Analyses existing workflows for change management, optimization and automation
• Review function’s overall resources on a regular basis, workforce planning and ensure optimum manpower is available to support existing and ad-hoc business needs
• Responsible for team members’ developmental needs, including but not limited to coaching, direction setting and performance monitoring
• Do basic editing skill, knowing how to use app like Capcut, make sure the channel produce clip on time (one clip a day)
