หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

บริหารจัดการ TikTok Creators เพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขายและขยายธุรกิจให้มากขึ้น
Identify, onboard and incubate growth for mid to long-tail e-com creators to foster trust and ensure sustainable creator payouts
Formulate and implement diverse creator campaigns to constantly motivate creator activation and achieve sales goal
Work closely with affiliate product team to optimize the creator hub experience
Through creator interview and market studies, understand how creators are managing their business and areas for potential improvements
Responsible for managing various aspects of TikTok marketing, including agency and affiliate management, livestreaming, and creator management
Recruit and manage creators who can produce high-quality content for TikTok
Report directly to: Head of TikTok Affiliate Partner (TAP) / (Chinese)

Proficient in Chinese (HSK 5) and Thai Languages
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, with minimum 1 year of total work experience in e-commerce or trade marketing / technology-related field
Possess a business owner mindset with meticulous attention to details
Ability to coordinate, prioritize, organize change and communication effectively in tight deadlines with self-motivation
Excellent communicators (written/verbal/presentation) with ability to build rapport, negotiate and coordinate independently with company’s direction
Ability to translate complex ideas and information into simplified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and self-service knowledge content
Structured thought process with a great sense of urgency
Proactive, Work Hard with can do attitude
Thorough, attentive to detail, resourceful, logical, critical thinker, has a growth mindset, team player
Excellent skills in communication and cross-functional collaboration
Fast learner, energetic, independent with strong professional ethics; proactive in solving problems; ability to work under high pressure and a fast-paced start-up environment
Experience in business communication, purchasing, product management is preferred
