You will represent the Company to oversee assigned site project activities and ensure project execution is carried out on time. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work of contractors and subcontractors. You will have to check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. You will ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and the Company’s standard. Your duties will include providing daily update to management on work progress and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a leading university 2. 2-5 years of relevant experience with a construction firm or real estate development company 3. Ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals, e.g. contractors, subcontractors, architects, designers, sales representatives and other engineers 4. Good project management skills, accuracy and attention to detail 5. Computer literacy
